I can not imagine the emotion and ramification of this loss in your life. I trust the good people who surrounded you and your husband over the years, are there for you now. If I wasn't flying out for work Oct.1, and it was appropriate, I'd have come down. Wishing you the best in this, one of life's most difficult transitions.
