Obituary of Mary R. Gasparino

Mary “Mamie” Gasparino (Uva) passed away peacefully at the age of 87 in Hospice Care at Stamford Hospital on July 3, 2021. She was born on March 23, 1934, to Salvatore and Rose Toreso of Stamford, Connecticut. Mary is survived by her younger sister, Eleanor Mediate, three sons; Nick Gasparino (Predeceased), Mark Gasparino, Todd Gasparino, and four grandchildren. Employed with United States Surgical Corporation in Norwalk, Connecticut, for over 35 years, Mary was one of the first and longest employees to hold tenure within the company. Mary was a lifelong member of her church where she had many friends that supported her spiritually throughout her life. She loved her family and the teachings within the Bible. A celebration of life will be held in Florida.
