James G. Inverno III
Born in U.S. Marine hospital, St. Bay, Stapleton, Staten Island NY on March 9, 1952 has passed away into the gates of heaven on April 5, 2021 from natural causes. James moved to Stamford, CT 18 years ago from his home in Queens, NY. James retired after 40 years in the heating and air conditioning business.
James loved everything from the 50s and 60s era and his wooden mallard ducks from years ago hunting and tending to his salt water aquariums. James was predeceased by his mother Anita D. Miller, father James G. Inverno Jr., step-mother Barbara A. Inverno, his brother Michael A. Inverno, recently his brother in law Jimi Shepard and his nephew David C. Dessureau. James is survived by two sisters, Linda S. Donohoe and Cathey A. Shepard and three younger brothers, Andrew Miller, Thomas Inverno, Timothy Inverno, his god son Robert Shaffer, also his step children Patti and Carlose Piedra of Queens, NY and many nieces and nephews.
James will be truly missed and will be remembered with a Graveside service May 1, 2021 at 10 A.M. in Fairfield Memorial Park 230 Oaklawn Ave., Stamford, CT, for all family and friends of family. There will also be an after get together at Cove Island Park Beach Pavillion at 1 P.M., all are invited to attend, family and friends.
