I had the honor to know Steven for a few years when I lived in CT several decades ago. I moved to the west coast and recently retired. Going through my old address book I saw his name and looked him up. I'm sorry to hear he has passed - he was WAY ahead of his time in his understanding of the need to develop our innate Emotional Intelligence to get away from defaulting to our fight or flight instinct to address conflicts.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
