George was s silent hero, working behind the scenes and out of the spotlight. His work was done from a place of pure commitment. I will miss his glowing smile and creative heart. My condolences to you all as George's family and friends. I am at a loss for words these days. Know that George had a great passion for what he did. He personally helped me with a gay family member and I will never forget that. George had a way of making hard conversations easier. I will never forget his laugh, the fact that he didn't take crap from anyone and his BIG heart for the New Haven Community.
