Obituary of Vincent V Ricciardi
On Sunday January 24th Vincent V. Ricciardi known to all as “Vinnie” was called back home to the Lord. He was born to Rose Curto Ricciardi and Victor Ricciardi in Stamford on Sept 2, 1952, he was 63 years old. He was raised in Stamford, attended public schools and graduated from Rippowam High School in 1970 and was honorably discharged from the US Army.
Vinnie was a fixture in Stamford. He managed the Quarterdeck restaurant, worked at the Sitting Room and eventually opened the Patio Café in Stamford. He married Dawn Tripoli Rubino. Later he started his own landscaping business and worked in woodcrafting and as an antique dealer.
He is survived by his wife Dawn, mother Rose Ricciardi (FL), sister Joy Pagini (NY), niece Courtney Dawson(NY), one brother Richard Ricciardi(FL), aunts, uncles and several cousins of Stamford.
A memorial mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Schuyler Ave., Stamford, CT, on Saturday February 27, 2016 from 10:30-11:30am. All are welcome to celebrate his life. www.nutmegcremation.com
