Obituary of Virginia Haggerty

Virginia Lee Haggerty, née Daniels, passed from this life on May 10,, 2015. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 30, 1930, she lived most of her life in Stamford. Virginia was the middle daughter of Garland Daniels and Alma Kunde and was partially raised by her grandmother, Nora Daniels. She was predeceased by her son Kevin, and her brother and his wife, Frank and Betty Williams of Centerville, MA. She is survived by her daughters Kathy Haggerty of Wethersfield, CT and Laura Haggerty Cappellieri of Stamford, three grandsons: Brian Mumford and his wife Jennifer of Manchester, NH, Nathaniel Mumford of Brooklyn, NY and Lee Mumford of Hartford, CT and two great grandsons, Joshua and Daniel Mumford as well as her sister Beverly Behlman of Osterville, MA and several nieces and nephews. A service of remembrance will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 1101 Bedford St. in Stamford on May 31st @ 1:00.
