How Our Customers Can Improve Our Funeral or Cremation Service Business with Feedback

Funeral homes thrive on feedback, just like any other business. A funeral home, one could argue, relies on this form of community engagement more than more. A good funeral home will always be active in the community and we here at Nutmeg will always endeavour to take your feedback seriously. We care about what you have to say and strive to provide the very
best service that we can, and we are always looking to improve what we can do for you.

Community Engagement

With community engagement being so important to a funeral home, we will never turn down the opportunity to establish a better relationship with you, our customers, and believe that relationship is all about addressing your concerns efficiently and promptly. Our staff is always welcome to suggestion and will always take yours into consideration. A funeral service is a personal experience and your input is more than welcome. Indeed, our entire purpose is to help you though what is often a very hard time for those involved and will always do what we can to make your experience as positive as possible.

Building Relationships

Many people are hesitant to give feedback for fear of judgement, but we can assure you that any funeral home worth its salt will absolutely listen to your concerns and do everything in their power to help. We pride ourselves on our sense of community and hope to build more of a family relationship, instead of a cookie cutter approach. You are the most important part of how a funeral home operates and your input is invaluable to us.

We Appreciate Your Opinion

If you’re still hesitant to reach out, know that we will always respect anonymous feedback and are, as can be expected, always happy to receive positive feedback. We take your privacy seriously if you want it. That being said, positive feedback is just as helpful as negative feedback as it shows us where we’re doing well, allowing us to focus on other aspects of our business with an aim to constantly improve.

If you have any questions, feedback, or comments for us, please feel free to reach out to us here at Nutmeg State Cremation Society. We look forward to hearing from you and our experienced, professional team will do everything they can do assist you, no matter what.
